What this site does with your details — in plain words.
This page describes what patrickvaltin.com actually collects, why, who handles it, and what you can ask. It was written from the site's own code, not from a generic template. The rare points that the code does not settle are marked openly, instead of being guessed.
Draft of August 2026 — pending Patrick Valtin's review.1.Who runs this site
This site is run by Patrick Valtin, business consultant, author and keynote speaker, based in Clearwater, FL · USA. You can reach him through the contact form on the home page — he reads and answers his own messages. Replies to any email you receive from him reach him directly.
Legal entity formally operating the site: ExecLife Training & Coaching Group LLC, 1988 Freedom Drive, Clearwater, FL 33755, USA
2.What is collected, and why
Every form on this site goes to one place: Patrick's own contact book. There is no advertising account behind these forms, no data broker, and no resale — ever. Here is exactly what each form asks, and what it is used for:
- Contact form (home page). Your name, email, company (optional), topic and message — used to answer you personally.
- Free e-books (pop-up on the home page). Your first name, email, the book you picked and its language — used to email you the PDF. After delivery, you may receive a short follow-up series about the book's topic. Every follow-up email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Business DNA Index (test page). Your first name, last name, work email, company, role and company size, then your 30 answers — used to compute your Index and show it on screen. Your result is also saved in Patrick's contact book, and the full report is emailed to Patrick. You receive no automated email from the test itself: your Index appears on screen, and you can save it as a PDF before leaving the page.
- Speaking invitations (Speaking page). Your name, email, organization, event details and message — used to answer your invitation personally.
- Friends area (private page). Your first name, last name, email, phone and country — used to know whom Patrick is thanking, and stored in the « Patrick's Friends » group of his contact book.
How long your details are kept in the contact book: until you ask for them to be removed — one click on the unsubscribe link, or a simple reply to any email
3.Who handles the data
Only the services the site's code actually uses — no typical list, just the real ones:
- Netlify — hosting. The pages are served by Netlify, its servers run the site's small behind-the-scenes functions, and a copy of each form submission is kept in the site's Netlify forms dashboard.
- Resend — email delivery. The e-book PDFs, and the notification emails sent to Patrick when you write, go through Resend.
- Twenty — Patrick's contact book (CRM), where your details are stored and kept up to date. One person, one record: writing twice never creates a duplicate.
- Patrick's follow-up server — a small automation operated for Patrick that sends the e-book follow-up series and stops it as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your details are never sold, never rented, never handed to advertisers.
4.Your rights
- Unsubscribe, one click. Every follow-up email carries an unsubscribe link in its footer. One click stops the series. You can also simply reply to any email — it reaches Patrick directly.
- Access, correction, deletion. Ask through the contact form (or by replying to an email) to see what is stored about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
- European visitors (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- US visitors (CAN-SPAM). Emails sent from this site identify Patrick as the sender and honor unsubscribe requests.
5.Cookies & browser storage
This site contains no analytics and no advertising tracker — its code was checked: there is none. What it does use:
- One functional cookie, on one page. The private Friends page sets a cookie named pv_friends after you enter a correct access code. It only proves the code was accepted, expires after 12 hours, and cannot be read by other sites.
- Browser storage, in your own browser only. Your Business DNA result is kept in your tab's memory so you don't lose it while navigating. The Friends page remembers which step you have completed. And if saving your Friends details to the site ever fails, a backup copy is kept in your own browser — nowhere else.
- Videos on the Speaking page. The videos are hosted by Vimeo and YouTube and loaded through a lightweight player. When you press play, the video provider may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
6.Content & trademarks

7.Questions
Anything on this page you want to ask or challenge — including a request about your own details — goes through the contact form. Patrick answers personally.
