I have been using Hirebox with my clients for both hiring and internal evaluations. The platform is great and very easy to use. The assessments are very thorough; the evaluations are very comprehensive and easy to understand. The Recru-Tec test is a great diagnostic tool for revealing a candidate’s hidden or hard-to-detect soft skills; it dramatically improves a recruiter’s certainty in making the correct decisions in hiring! I would recommend it to other consultants – it is a very useful tool!
