I have been utilizing Hirebox performance assessments on new hires and existing team members and clients for over a year. As a professional coach, my goal is to improve results for clients. My biggest challenge to date is not the effectiveness of my systems and strategies, but getting them implemented.

When clients and their team take the performance assessment, it opens up a dialog to recognize the source of situations and opens the door to a real change and improved result. When a good evaluation is done, the clients see the test as deadly accurate and that is a value my clients will get from no one else. The tests are easy to administer, take and evaluate. The Hirebox tools have proven to be extremely helpful, productive and beneficial for me and my clients.
