Recruiting new person could fall; when not understood well, into the practice of “minimal necessary actions done,” trying to find somebody who will; for the price you are willing to pay, join your company. There is also how long are you going to try and find your guy? You are, probably, going to end up and compromise, hoping you are going to be lucky with your choice.
